This harp is being sold by Pencerdd Cyf and the price therefore includes VAT of £297.87. If it is being purchased for a child who is receiving lessons in school or via the County Music Service, then the VAT may be reclaimed via the Assisted Instrument Purchase Scheme, as for any new instrument.
